- Description
- This product is part of the AN/ALQ-172 system. The specific function of the part is to provide an air flow for the cooling system. The aircraft illustrated parts manual describes the item as a fan. NSN: 4140-01-407-9668LG Tubeaxial Fan p/n: WPF-1200-3-420, NSN: 4140-01-407-8980LG Noun Vaneaxial FanP/N: WPF-200-17-420-1, The quantity will be BEQ4ea for the NSN: 9668, and BEQ 6ea for NSN: 8980. There maybe up to four option years for a total of 10BEQ units in each options years. That will result in 5ea BEQ quantity of each item per option year. The Government does not own the rights to the data, therefore this item will be procured on a sole source basis from Electromech Technologies Inc. The approximate RFQ issue date will be 8 DEC 2009 with an approximate response date of 8 Jan 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. RFP will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov., and companies requiring a copy please make your request to the following e-mail address: Fredrick.sterdivant@robins.af.mil. No telephone requests and no hard copies will be mailed out. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restrictions, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g., if this is a small-business set-aside, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors).
