DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE 1) This will become an Unrestricted RFP. 2) Purchase Requisition Number 0023322099 3) NSN: 5820-01-223-3225 4) ITEM DESCRIPTION: Cable Assembly 5) End Item Application: Switching Matrix (SA-2112(V)3/STQ) 6) This is sole-sourced item. Due to the urgency of the requirement, alternate offers will not be accepted. The sole approved source is PALOMAR PRODUCTS, INC, CAGE 00816, PART NUMBER 1149240-16 7) The RFP is expected to result in a firm-fixed purchase of 2 cable assemblies. 8) Unit of Issue: Each 9) Subcontracting Plan: Not Required 10) Cost and Price Data will be requested. 11) FOB Destination: I/A Destination 12) Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. 13) There are no Surge Requirements. 14) The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. 15) The RFP will be available for download after the issue date and before the closing date from the website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. 16) Please fax your offers to the BID DESK at 804.279.4165 17) Electronics Bids and offers sent directly to me will NOT be accepted. 18) RFP issue Date is projected at 11 Dec 09, with a closing date of 11 Jan 10.
