Description: The government intends on awarding a sole source acquisition to DocuSign, Inc, for web service based electronic signature capability. The Government has a requirment to electronically certify submissions to the 2008 Labor Force Survey. The survey will collect data on tribal representatives and enrollment, service population and labor force information for the 564 federally recognized Indian tribes. DocuSign is the only responsible source to provide web service-based electronic signature capability that meets the BIA web architectural and security requirements.
