- Statememtn of Work - DBJ003 DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase Unit Safety Coordinator course (500813). This proposed procurement is for a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis to DNV, located at 3805 Crestwood Parkway suite 200, Duluth, GA 30096. - The Unit Safety Coordinator (500813) provides a basic understanding of the CG Safety and Environmental Health program as well as outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Unit Safety Coordinator. HOW TO RESPOND: In order to compete for this project, interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration and submit a Cost Proposal by 12:00 pm, ET, November 30th,2009. Offerors may either submit one copy of the quote to James Hunter, USCG Headquarters Support Command, Code - SILC, Room B411, 2100 Second St. SW, Washington, DC 20593 by mail, fax (202-372-4905) or email. Electronic transmissions to James.E.Hunter@uscg.mil are acceptable, but must be timely. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure the proposal is received by the date and time shown above. Evaluation Criteria: Award based on lowest cost technically acceptable.
