Description

Solictation for Grafton JCC THIS IS A SOLICIATION to all certified HUBZone firms (as mentioned within the pre-solicitation) concerning repairs and renovations to be performed involving remediation of multiple areas deficiency at Building 17 at the Grafton Job Corps Center. Please find attached the solicitation and a hyperlink to the Planning, Design, and Construction Administration Guidelines for A-Es (JCH-814). Vendors may schedule SITE VISITs upon request. Last site visit will be conducted no later than December 2, 2009. Please contact Annie Clayton, Project Manager (703) 516-2221 in order to arrange a visit. QUESTIONS ARE DUE December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and must be transmitted via e-mail to holst.miriam@dol.gov. All PROPOSALS ARE DUE December 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST (see Sections L and M for additional details).
