Description

Solicitation for Frenchburg JCC THIS IS A SOLICIATION to all certified HUBZone firms (as mentioned within the pre-solicitation) concerning the renovation of the Food Service Building (Building 554) at the Frenchburg Civilian Conservation Center, totaling approximately 6,000 gross square feet. Please find attached the solicitation and a hyperlink to the Planning, Design, and Construction Administration Guidelines for A-Es (JCH-814). A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and the point of contact is Clay Gearhart, Project Manager (703) 875-7650. Site visits are encouraged but are not mandatory. QUESTIONS ARE DUE December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and must be transmitted via e-mail to holst.miriam@dol.gov. All PROPOSALS ARE DUE December 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST (see Sections L and M for additional details). The ASBESTOS SURVEY will be provided once the solicitation has been amended to incorporate QUESTIONS & ANSWERS.
