Description

Solicitation for Blackwell JCC THIS IS A SOLICIATION to all certified HUBZone firms (as mentioned within the pre-solicitation) concerning the Blackwell Job Corps Center for the design and renovation of multiple buildings. Please find attached the solicitation and a hyperlink to the Planning, Design, and Construction Administration Guidelines for A-Es (JCH-814). A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. CST and the point of contact is Vadim Molot, Project Manager (703) 516-2238. Site visits are encouraged but are not mandatory. QUESTIONS ARE DUE December 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. EST and must be transmitted via e-mail to holst.miriam@dol.gov. All PROPOSALS ARE DUE December 15, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. EST (see Sections L and M for additional details).
