- Description
- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). The LT2 CPM single award IDIQ contract will enable PM TRADE to support the various acquisition programs across their total life-cycle within, but not limited to, PM TRADE products. These products utilize the LT2 Product Line and its Core Assets such as the Common Training Instrumentation Architecture (CTIA), the Future Army System of Integrated Targets (FASIT), the One Tactical Engagement Simulation System (OneTESS), LT2 Common Components, LT2 Standards, the LT2 Portal, and the LT2 Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The LT2 CPM contract will provide the management, maintenance, and evolution for the LT2 Product Line Core Assets and will provide total product line life cycle support to Product Managers within the LT2 Product Line.
