- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. LCM-8597 Unprogrammed Drydocking, Cleaning, Painting and Repairs. A site visit will be held for the LCM-8597 at Fort Eustis, VA, on Tuesday, 1 Dec 09, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Contractors shall contact Angel Ryan in writing, via facsimile transmission (757) 878-2178, or, email at angela.ryan@us.army.mil with the names of attendees.
