- Reference: Picture of speaker Notice to Offeror Attachment 2 PRRL Appendix A Attachment 1 SOW Draft RFQ FA5209-10-Q0001 Public Address System in the Installation Command Center at Bldg 315, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, Statement of Work (SOW), and applicable Japanese Laws and local commercial practice. *** All work must be completed and the project accepted by the government by 2 Dec 09*** NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN This is a DRAFT RFQ. Funds are not presently available for the subject draft RFQ. Any action such as preparing your proposal in response to the expected final RFQ is at your risk and discretion, and the Government will not compensate any cost spent on your effort onto this draft RFQ. The Government reserves the right to cancel this draft RFQ at any time. Upon certification of the funds, the Government plans to issue a final RFQ, whose terms and conditions including attachments will be identical to this draft RFQ,,receive quotes from vendors and issue Purchase Order based on that final RFQ.
