- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCommand (SPAWAR), in support of theProgram Executive Office, Command,Control, Communications, Computersand Intelligence (PEO C4I), TacticalNetworks (PMW 160), is seekinginformation to determine theavailability of a commercial item ornondevelopmental item in support ofan upcoming Foreign Comparative Test(FCT) event for Computer NetworkDefense (CND) Command andControl (C2). The candidate systems/applications ofthis FCT event shall provide real-time/near real-time monitoringand surveillance of large-scalecomputer systems and networks thatare geographically dispersed; reducethe amount of time required tointegrate sensors and systems datainto one consolidated picture for CNDC2; have a visualization capabilitywhich may be customized to depictnetwork operations in different ways toidentify activities that require in-depthanalysis and research in a manner thatallows for quick, decisive andknowledgeable responses; andintegrate sensor and platform data intoa common operational picture fortactical networks supportingrequirements associated with CND C2functions.
