- The United States Government seeks to lease general office space consisting of approximately 1,587rentable square feet within in the following delineated area: the Central Business District of Bozeman, MT. The space should yield between 1,380 and 1,450 BOMA usable square feet. Surface parking is required for two vehicles. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 15, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
