- The Marine Corps Logistics Command, Contracts Department (S1924), intends to solicit and contract with Motorsport Innovations, Inc., on a sole-source basis for the Logistics Vehicle System (LVS / MK48) suspension components below. NAICS 332611 These components are purchased as spares and upgrades to suspension systems previously purchased from Motorsport Innovations. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of these parts. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement.(1) National Stock Number - None assigned.(2) Specification / Qualification - These components require NATC (Nevada Automotive Test Center) testing and Marine Corps Program Management approval prior to purchase. The components below have been tested and approved. No substitution for these parts is authorized. Any interested parties may contact the persons indicated above regarding the testing and approval requirements.(3) Manufacturer - Motorsport Innovations, Inc. (CAGE 4HGN0) CLIN 0001 - Front Air Spring, P/N MSI-0704-R2-F, (38 Each). CLIN 0002 - Rear Air Spring, P/N MSI-0744-R2-R, (38 Each). Destination information- MCLB Albany, GA 31704(5) Award Procedures - The Government will solicit an oral quotation and anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for non-commercial supplies with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold.
