- Please see attachment for requirement list. The Defense Information Technology Contraction Organization (DITCO), Contract Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Cyber Operations. This acquisition is to renew the annual maintenance support contract for the FLMANT system. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright law. No third party maintenance is authorized. The Period of Performance is 11/1/2009-10/31/2010. The resultant contract will be a FFP Contract for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The NAICS code for this order is 541519. The Statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance and support must request a copy of the RFQ not later than 11/9/09 via the following address: Kathryn.Koerkenmeier@disa.mil. You may fax written correspondence to facsimile (618) 229-9177. Oral requests are not acceptable. The estimated award date is 11/9/09. The resultant purchase order will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered.
