- This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government intends to negotiate with Clark's Petroleum Parts and Service (852 Mapunapuna St., Suite 4, Honolulu, HI 96819) on a sole source basis for services to furnish all necessary labor, materials, transportation, tools, and equipment to perform repair and calibration of three fuel meters, four compound gauges, and two different gauges located at the Pohakuloa Training Area Bulk Fuel, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii. Clark's Petroleum Parts and Service has unique experience, knowledge and expertise with the project requirements, which entails annual monitor certification of the system. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Completion time is approximately two months. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $7.0 million.
