- The purpose of this RFI is to conductmarket research to gain knowledge and help the Government understand the available non-developmental, off the shelf solutions for a Cordless Communications Device (CCD). The ideal solution provides secure two-way communications between vehicle crewmen with a true intercom feel and function (i.e. full duplex) and allows use of on-vehicle radios for the entire family of Army combat vehicles.
