- RECOVERY - SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED UNDER SOLICITATION NO. N3000080006 (THE PROTECTION ENGINEERING GROUP CONTRACT NO. C3000080007; WESTLAKE REED LESKOSKY CONTRACT NO. C3000090031; THE LOUIS BERGER GROUP CONTRACT NO. C3000090032; H.F. LENZ COMPANY CONTRACT NO. C3000090033; AND SCHNABEL ENGINEERING CONTRACT NO. C3000080008) THEREFORE, THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS FROM ANY OTHER INTERESTED FIRMS. The selected Architecture-Engineer design firm will provide Title I & II Engineering Services for Investigation and Design of Geothermal Heating/Cooling Systems at Three Locations: Fort Necessity National Battlefield Maintenance Facility, Visitors Center and Unger House, Johnstown Flood National Memorial.
