- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under W911SE-07-D-0040. This Project is to Replace all Exterior Windows at Barracks 5909 as stated in the presolicitation title. The Government intends to issue a delivery order to the prime contractor under the pre-existing indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) job order contract, Fort Rucker, Alabama. The prime contractor is Lakeshore Engineering, Services.
