- Description
- Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is considering two Fire Extinguisher NSNs for a long-term contract with a two year base period and three 1 year options. Technical information and yearly estimated quantities for each NSN are listed below. This procurement will be unrestricted. This procurement will have DLA Direct Deliveries to stock locations throughout the Continental United States. Pricing will be submitted for each base year and each option year. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable. The required delivery schedule for the DLA Direct Deliveries will be 30 days. The following items will be included on the proposed solicitation: NSN 4210-00-165-4703, EXTINGUISHER, FIRE, DRY CHEMICAL, 5 LBS, made in accordance to Commercial Item Description A-A-393A, has an annual estimated quantity of 20,036 each. NSN 4210-01-290-0755, EXTINGUISHER, FIRE, DRY CHEMICAL, 20 LBS, made in accordance to Commercial Item Description A-A-393A, has an annual estimated quantity of 1,068 each. Please note that the annual estimates and technical data may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. An Add/Delete clause will be included which may be used to add/delete extinguisher NSNs made in accordance to Commercial Item Description A-A-393A. The solicitation once issued, will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will then be able to submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP. This solicitation will allow for a award and evaluation will be based on the best overall proposal. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation and may have additional changes or revisions.
