- Description
- GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, CANTONMENT, MUNITION AREA, AND THE AIRFIELD/WETLANDS AREA (RFP SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA6648-10-R-0002) The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, providing non-personal services to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Homestead Air reserve Base (HARB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plant and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. A single contract will be awarded using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561730 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000. The acquisition shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price type contract, with a base year plus 4 optional years. The period of performance is 01 February 2010 through 31 January 2011 except as extended by exercising an option. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB). This acquisition will be awarded based on Performance Price Trade-Off without technical factors. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 30 Nov 2009. The solicitation and all documents will be posted of this website. The site visit is anticipated to be held in building 360 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida, on or about 7 Dec 2009. Firms must have a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx and On-line Representation and Certification (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ for online representations and certifications prior the time of award.
