- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9124L-05-D-0000 The Fort Sill Task Order Contract (TOC), an existing 8(a) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a notice of the Governments intent to competitively award a Firm-Fixed Price Task Order against four (4) existing IDIQ contracts for maintenance repair, and minor new construction services on Fort Sill, Oklahoma which was previously competed in accordance with FAR Part 15, with the 8(A) set-a-side and reserved for Oklahoma 8(A) firms. Please note that only the contractors listed below who have been awarded a Task Order Contract from Directorate of Contracting, Fort Sill, Oklahoma are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this intent notice. W9124L-05-D-0002- White Hawk/Todd, A Joint Venture W9124L-05-D-0003-Weaver/Downey Contracting, A Joint Venture W9124L-05-D-0004- He and I Construction, Inc. W9124L-05-D-0005- Ten Bears Construction PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials, required to remove the existing telescopic bleachers at building 3444, Fort Sill Fitness Center from the west wall, leaving anchor boards in place. Remove and replace with new the existing telescopic bleachers on the east wall and leaving in place all necessary blocking and anchors. New bleachers shall be sculptured seating, friction type power; wall attached forward fold telescopic with all handrails, end rails, stairways and ADA recoverable accessible seating. Contractor shall relocate existing mechanical instruction diagram and log book, provide new dry-type transformer, panel, circuit breakers, safety switches, motors and motor starters, wires, conduits, cables, junction boxes, ground rods and other associate items. All work shall be in accordance with the scope of work, supplemental information and specifications set forth herein for TOC 09-043. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibilities of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings, and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work.
