- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting synopses and solicitations on the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unabailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). NAVSEA intends to issue solicitation N00024-10-R-4303 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled Dry-docking Availabilities and Non Dry-docking Availabilities for CVN 65 USS ENTERPRISE and CVN 68 Class ships homeported and visiting the Hapton Roads, VA area. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities, and continuous/emergent maintenance efforts. A cost plus award fee/inentive fee is contemplated. The Navy's intent is to electronically post solicitation N00024-10-R-4303 in early December 2009 at the following websites: http://www.fbo.gov and http://www.neco.navy.mil.
