Question 1: Gerber files for PCB- part number 5-15-32420. Answer: Attached zip file contains the Gerber and NC Drill files for the PCB- Part Number 5-15-32420 (Attachment 3) is uploaded under Additional Info in this Amendment 0001. Question 2: On the BOM, there is reference to Notes- i.e.: on Item #2 it says SEE NOTE 7. I dont see the notes that are referenced here. Answer: The BOM goes together with drawing # 5-15-32419; therefore note 7 refers to note 7 on 5-15-32419. Question 3: On the BOM, Items 18 thru 33 are referring to wire- I need to know where that goes on the assembly. Answer: One end of the wire will be soldered to the board, as shown in 5-15-32419. Leave the other end untouched; please twist each set of wires as described in 5-15-32419. Question 4. In the description in the email you sent, you refer to 4 mounting holes that will not be conformally coated. Is there a spec saying it needs to be conformally coated? And with what kind of coating? Answer: Note 4 in drawing 5-15-32419 conveys the material use for coating using item 35 in PL5-15-32419. Please also cover the mounting holes during conformal coating. Question 5. In the description, it also refers to and XP Power part that needs to have an 8 week lead time. Where is this part on the BOM? Answer: That is the DSF200LV filter from XP Power. If this item is not in stock, the standard lead time is 12 weeks. However, there is an expedited fee that XP charges to shorten the lead time to 8 weeks.
