- 1. Note* The number of rooms requested by 141st Lodging manager will fluctuate per month as Guardsman are required to stay on base first then are directed off base as needed. The information is presented for reference ONLY on the anticipated need based on past drill weekends. Historically we have requested, on average the following quantities of rooms per month in the past year: Total rooms used: January 200924 Doubles, 18 singles February 200921 Doubles, 16 singles March 200921 Doubles, 16 singles April 200915 Doubles, 13 singles May 200921 Doubles, 15 singles June 200920 Doubles, 10 singles July 200920 Doubles, 05 singles August 200927 Doubles, 14 singles September 200930 Doubles, 20 singles October 200920 Doubles, 15 singles November 2009 20 Doubles, 15 singles December 2009not known Doubles, not known singles Note* Above information is ONLY to illustrate the fluctuations in room usage per month and in not way diminishes or increases our requirement. Actual hotel room quantities will be determined each week prior to drill. The Government anticipates 2010 usage at approx: Single room average quantity per month =15 per night Double room average quantity per month =25 per night Average Monthly Total of double and single rooms requested=80 rooms (Single rooms are normally only requested for married couples) 2.
