- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will ONLY be competed among our existing VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contractors. A Request for Proposal will only be issued to the VISN 21 IDIQ Contractors and a contract will be awarded to the selected IDIQ Contractor to perform the following requirements: Renovate Building 9 & 10 to Correct Heating Deficiencies at VA Medical Center San Francisco, San Francisco, CA. The NAICS Code for this Design/Build project is 238220 with Small Business Size Standard of $14.0 million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
