GOLF ROAD, ROLLING MEADOWS, IL.Site Prep for Nuclear Medicine Suite Cameras Project No.JB-537-08-133 Description:Site preparation for installation of nuclear cameras Scope of Work:The contractor shall provide labor, materials and equipment to perform the following: 1.Remove approximately 600 square feet of asbestos containing tiles and mastic in Room 2489 in Nuclear Medicine Suite. 2.Level the floor and install industrial grade seamless vinyl flooring. 3.Level the floor and install industrial grade seamless vinyl flooring and threshold in Room 2491. 4.Modify the electrical installation in both rooms and install in each room one NEMA L6-30, Single Phase, 208/240 VAC, 30Amp. receptacle and one NEMA 5-20, 4 Plex, 115VAC, 15Amp. receptacle. 5. Extend the panduit system. 6.Pull cable and install 2 data outlets. NAICS Code 236220 applies to this procurement. Cost Range $25,000 to $50,000.
