Description

RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR MILNER & LUD DREXLER COMFORT STATIONS, LOCATED IN CASSIA & TWIN FALLS COUNTIES, IDAHO.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Information for Bids (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for demolition and disposal of six (6) vault toilets and installation of nine (9) new vault toilets at Milner & Lud Drexler Recreation Sites. The work is located in Cassia & Twin Falls Counties, Idaho. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M.The cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUB-Zone Set-aside. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. For amendments and updates, register or update the registration at the FedConnect website at http://www.fedconnect.net.
