- ERDF Facility Improvements - Septic System Design Scope: Design new septic system for the Environmental Restoration Disposal Facility (ERDF) to accommodate current and projected facility requirements. Subcontractor shall provide all professional and technical services required to provide engineering design services necessary to prepare detailed design and construction documents. Soil and Site Evaluation performed by an engineer, qualified designer, or soil scientist (as required by WAC 246-272A) to determine project specific design criteria (including materials, sampling, and testing). SUBCONTRACTOR shall not proceed with system design until the CONTRACTOR reviews the soil and site evaluation. Prepare the permit application required by the Washington state Department of Health for the proposed septic system. The CONTRACTOR will submit the permit application. *Reserved for HUB Zone, Small Disadvantaged, and Woman Owned small business concerns. *Previous Septic Design experience required. *NAICS Code: 541330 - Engineering Services Size Standard - 4.5M (A size standard is the largest that a concern can be and still qualify as a small business for Federal Government programs. For the most part, size standards are the average annual receipts or the average employment of a firm.
