- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Irwin, CA is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed price construction contract to Repair Street Lights and Install Solar Street Lights Phase 2. The location of this project is at Fort Irwin, California. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 237310 (Size Standard $14 Million).
