- The Dept of Veterans Affairsdesires to lease 600 parking spaces in the Iowa City/Coralville metropolitan area. The parking should be no more than 5 miles from the Iowa City VA Hospital. The parking spaces should be readily accessible to public transportation. Hard paved and well lit areas preferred. The parking spaces may be in multiple locations, but must be fully serviced with snow removal and grounds maintenance. Occupancy desired in early 2010, but not later than June 2010. Probable lease term of 5 yrs firm with one 2 yr option and a follow on 1 yr option. Market survey of properties offered may be conducted by VA.
