- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, Bessey Nursery has a requirement for a Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform analysis of 14 water samples: 12 Lasimeter ground samples and 2 surface ground water samples. Analyze samples for Nitrates. Chemicals to be tested for are the following: Seven (Carbaryl), Bravo (Chlorothanlonil), Banner Maxx (Propriconazole), Goal (Oxyfluofen), Cleary 336 (Thiophanatemetyl or MBC), Fore (Mancozeb), Chipco (Iprodine). Contractor shall furnish water sample bottles, the Government will collect the samples and ship to the Contractor for testing. All testing shall be done using EPA methodology or standard methods. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business with a NAICS Code of 541380, 12 Million. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued for this commercial service. Award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable. This requirement is for a Base Year period January 1, 2010 thru September 30, 2010 and possible two option years. The Request for Quote close date is November 23, 2009.
