Description

Solicitation N00421-10-T-0018 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source to Network Equipment Technologies, the manufacturer must be Net Shout Equipment. Award All or None. The contract line item number and description is CLIN 0001- Quantity 16 EA – P/N: SIPSUFNBDT-G-25, VX900/VX1800 -ADD 25 Call SEC License. Award is expected on 17 November 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 16 November 2009 @ 12:00 pm EST will be considered by the Government for future procurements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
