- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY (VAMC) has a requirement for home infusion services at the homes of Veteran beneficiaries in various counties in Western NY. These areas are, but not limited to, Buffalo, Batavia, Canandaigua, Syracuse, Albany, and Bath. Contractor shall supply all supplies, equipment, medication, infusion, solutions pharmacy compounding, and services necessary to provide home infusion services. This will be a one year contract. NAICS Code is 621610. The size standard is $13.5 million. The solicitation number is VA-528-10-RP-0025. The expected cost range is greater than $100,000 and less than $500,000. The solicitation will be released on or about 25 November 2009. The set aside status is unrestricted. THERE IS A PRE-SOLICITATION MEETING ON 11/19/09 AT 10:30AM AT THE CANANDAIGUA VAMC. Address is 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424 in the Director's Conference Room, Bldg 1, 1st Floor, Rm 121. Further details will be released in the RFP and at the pre-solicitation meeting. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) and listed in the VetBiz Vendor registry (http://vip.vetbiz.gov).
