- VANTHCS, VISN 17, anticipates a sole source procurement for assorted medical endoscopy equipment from Karl Storz, 600 Corporate Pointe, Culver City, CA 90230. This procurement will be processed under the simplified acquisition procedures. The NAICS code is 423450, and the SBA standard is 100 employees. The following equipment will be procured: #11278AU1 Flex-X2 Fiberscope, 1 ea.; #997-2778-00, Planer Wide LCD 17" flat screen monitor, 1 ea.; #9801T Karl Storz Documentation Cart w/flat panel post, 1 ea.; #11275ZE Flexible biopsy forceps, w/double action jaws, 2 ea.; #201321-20 Xenon light source, 175 watt, electronic display, 1 ea.; #22220130-3 Image-1 head, s3, 3-chip, soakable, ETO sterilizable camera head buttons; 2 yr warranty, 1 ea.; and #39402A Plastic container for sterilizing and storage. No solicitation will be issued; no telephone requests will be accepted and no written document will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
