- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, awarded contract number AG-4419-C-10-0038 to RMA Architects PSC of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The contract is an Indefinte Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for providing engineering and design assistance to the Caribbean National Forest and the International Institute of Tropical Forestry in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The IDIQ contract was negotiated with the 8(a) firm in accordance with FAR Part 19.
