- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit, on a Sole Source basis, Raytheon Technical Services Company, 6223 South Palo Verde Road, Tucson, AZ 85706, to provide software and documentation updates through the EAGLE Maintenance Agreement. Raytheon Technical Services is the only candidate for providing the required software maintenance, as they are the original developers of the package and retain proprietary rights to the software. As the original developer, they have the unique experience, qualifications, and established sub-vendor base available to provide the support in the defined time limits. No other vendor could provide this support without violating the EAGLE license agreement. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated.
