- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (planning) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. The NAICS Code is 334413 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation reference number is H94003-10-R-5601. The government's intended source for this proprietary equipment is Thermo KeyTek LLC, One Lowell Research Center. Lowell, MA 01852-4946. All responsible sources may submit a a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The delivery destination is Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54 th St, McClellan, CA 95652. The notice is for the purchase of a 256-pin automated electrostatic discharge / Static Latch-up Test System and enhancement components. Required equipment includes the Mk.1 - 64 pin base system, 3 additional Mk.1-1 matrix system channels (adding 64 pins each), 1 MK.1-2 Software Suite, and 2 MK.1-5 dual range power supplies. Desired delivery is 8 Jan 2010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-37.
