- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport is soliciting for Type C Relays. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for a base ordering period of one year, with four one-year option periods. The estimated quantity requirements for each year are identical and have a maximum total quantity of 100 relays. Delivery of relays is required within (18) eighteen weeks after the issuance of the delivery order. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, 98345. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 335314 with a size standard of 750 employees. The closing date of the solicitation will be 15 December 09, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the federal business opportunities website link www.fbo.gov. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to jamil.alagba@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO or FBO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any questions should be e-mailed to jamilalagba@navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
