- Amendment One This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number AG-03R6-S-10-0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text format at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This procurement is being issued as a 100 % small business set-aside under NAICS code 561720 and small business size standard of $14,000.00. The requirement is for Janitorial Services for a base year with two one year option periods for Ninemile Ranger Station, Lolo National Forest, Region One, USDA Forest Service. Schedule of Items and Statement of work are attached. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (JAN 1999) is applicable. The quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Past performance shall be considered. Technical (non price) factors and past performance, when combined are equally as important as price. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE TO THE SOLICITATION, INTERESTED QUOTERS MUST SUBMIT AN EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE AND A QUALITY CONTROL PLAN WITH QUOTE; IN ADDITION, THE PROVISION AT 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (AUG 2009) IS APPLICABLE AND MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITH QUOTE. Only one award shall be made. Due Date is December 14, 2009. No fax or email quotes shall be accepted. Address all quotes to the attention of: Leta Wicka, Western Montana Acquisition Zone Building 24, Ft. Missoula, Missoula, MT 59804. Clauses 52.212-4, contract Terms and conditions-Commercial Items (Mar 2009) and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (SEPT 2009) are incorporated by reference.
