Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Boise ID and Spokane WA (to include local associated VA clinics) has a requirement for Teleradiology Services. Contractor shall provide professional radiology services for on-demand coverage and interpretation of radiology examinations performed at the Spokane and Boise VA Medical Centers and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Images may include but not limited to (Axial, Coronal, Sagittal, 3 D Reconstruct). Imaging exams may have from 1 image up to 3,500 images per study. Interpretation services will be done via a secure, web-enabled Teleradiology network provided by the Contractor. Contractor shall provide health care providers, personnel and technical support, medical facilities, medical and other equipment, telecommunication and transcription services, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform, implement and administer these Radiology Services to meet these specific medical needs of the VAMC. The Contractor is responsible for all Contractor personnel, agents, and anyone acting for or on behalf of the Contractor. Contractor shall be required to provide over read services on an estimated 600 images per year as part of the VAMC Spokane/Boise internal imaging QA program. The Spokane/Boise VAMC will require approximately 1,500 exams with the majority being CTs. The CBOC will require approximately 200 exams with the majority being plain diagnostic X-ray.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers. The small business size standard is $13.5 million. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract for one base year and four option years. This procurement will be awarded using best value weighted evaluation procedures of Price-50%, Technical Capabilities-25% and Past Performance-25%. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) 38 U.S.C. 8127. Ensure Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov and VetBiz www.VetBiz.gov, registrations are current. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible SDVOSB concerns. Offers from concerns that do not qualify as a SDVOSB under the referenced NAICS code will not be considered. Prospective contractors shall be registered in CCR and VetBiz prior to the award of any contract.
