- Performance Work Statement dated 02 Sep 09 Point of Use Locations List of Items Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Contract Documentation Subject will be sole-sourced to Nexiant, Lake Forest, CA. The Air Force requires a 120 day firm fixed price (FFP) follow-on bridge contract for the highly specialized service of stocking approximately 147 pieces of point of use equipment and cribs. A single integrated provider will be tasked with the supply of approximately 6,500 consumable, expendable, and personal protective equipment items across the 76th Maintenance Wing. The provider will purchase, receive, and stock these items in point of use cabinets during the period of performance. Also, the duration of the contemplated contract will be sufficient to allow the Government to avoid a break in service while a long-term contract for these services is being competed on a full and open basis. The longer term, competitive contract is expected to be awarded not later than April 2010.
