- Description
- RECOVERY - A firm fixed price contract has been awarded to Powerfilm Inc., 2337 230th Street, Ames IA, in response to Solicitation W911QY-BAA-09-11-1 Lightweight, Flexible, Cost Effective Solar Energy Photovoltaics. The research effort to be performed under this contract will be to further develop a flexible, thin film photovoltaic material on plastic film that can be incorporated into the skins of military tents and into the BB2590/BB390 battery charging systems. This project will improve upon the current technology. The period of performance will be for twelve months commencing on December 15, 2009 through December 24, 2010.
