Description
Requiremen t: The United States Government currently occupies approximately 4,200 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet of contiguous office space and one reserved parking space under a soon to expire lease in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The Government is considering a competition for alternative office space of 4,676 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternative. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Delineated Area: Falmouth and East Falmouth, Massachusetts, bounded as follows: North: Route 151 from Route 28A to Sandwich Road East: Fresh Pond Road to Carriage Shop Road to Hayway Road to Sandwich Road to Route 151 South: Woods Hole Road to Locust Street to Main Street (excluding Main Street addresses) to Davis Straits (Route 28) to Spring Bar Road to Worcester Court to Route 28 to Fresh Pond Road West: Route 28A from Route 151 to Palmer Street to Sippewisset Road to Ransom Road to Woods Hole Road. Term: The Government is interested in a lease proposal of ten (10) years cancelable by the Government after the seventh (7th) year. Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest, must include at a minimum; rental quotes based on a fully serviced lease (including all utilities and cleaning), building address, date of availability, floor size, parking arrangements, and be submitted in writing to the following address within 5 calendar days of the posting of this inquiry The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
