THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Contract Modification PS07 (Bid Package No. One) of Contract No. GS06P08GZC0011 is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The award of Contract Modification PS07, Bid Package No. One (1), in the amount of $12,581,491, was made to JE Dunn Construction, 1001 Locust, Kansas City, MO 64106. The Federal Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Bid Package includes electrical, mechanical, and sealant upgrades in an accelerated construction package to Phase IV work. All work is considered to be in the Base Bid. Scopes are limited to the Mechanical Penthouse, 18th Floor, 15th Floor, 9th Floor, Ground, Basement and Sub-Basement. Scopes include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and abatement work. The building will be occupied during construction. Briefly, and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of this contract can be summarized as follows: 1) Electrical Upgrades (Transformers, Primary Switchgear, Low Voltage Switchgear and Distribution Protection) 2) Mechanical Upgrades (HVAC Improvements at Elevator machine Rooms and Annex Equipment) 3) Exterior Sealant at the Annex (Slate and Granite) 4) Tank Abatement. Phase IV award fee CMc services were awarded to J.E. Dunn Construction under Contract GS06P08GZC0011 on August 25, 2008. Contract included item number 0001 firm fixed price Pre-Construction Phase Services (Base Contract) and item number 0002 Construction Phase Service (Option No. One (1) Shell and TI) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (Option 1) of $73,299,000. The original solicitation (GS06P08GZC003) for Contract GS06P08GZC0011 included the two items listed above. The base and the option were originally synopsized and published. Phase IV pre-construction phase services were funded and obligated in the amount of $438,497.00. Option No. One (1) for construction phase services was exercised on November 25, 2009.
