Description
Requirement Information AGILE Request for Information Powerpoint Brief The Air Combat Command (ACC) at Langley Air Force Base, VA is seeking cost and capability information for budgeting purposes from interested parties for an ACC requirement to create the AGILE Scenario Builder. This intuitive graphical user interface shall guide a subject matter expert through the process of creating an interactive scenario for a trainee. The platform shall allow trainers to upload media from a wide variety of sources to construct the simulated environment. The training platform shall grade an individual on his/her ability to process, analyze, prioritize and take appropriate action as quickly and accurately as the actual role would demand. This project is to create a flexible scenario generation capability, not a simulation creator, for SMEs with no/limited working knowledge of computer programming to replicate experiences for novices. To test our proof of concept the AOC Senior Intelligence Duty Officer Team will be used to develop the prototype. Please review attached documents for requirement information. Goal: Provide a system of systems distributed interactive and realistic team training environment for Intelligence Airmen, that is capable of tracking their Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) and tailoring their individual training requirements, based on duty position, at home station or deployed, throughout their career, from graduation until separation/retirement. AGILE is the overarching concept for using real-world systems and actual events in demanding situational training to produce a better informed/trained Intelligence Professional. AGILE would take inputs from/use the same systems and entities or generate the same types of inputs that the Intelligence Airman would encounter in the typical work environment. This includes, but is not limited to Global Command and Control System - Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (GCCS-I3), Modernized Intelligence Database (MIDB), Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), Personnel Recovery Management System (PRMS ), Collection Management Mission Application (CMMA), Command & Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Weapons System Video's (WSVs) and others. Operations within AGILE would primarily be scenario building/playback using virtual workcenters in a distributed environment. Although based on individual duty positions, the scenarios would focus on how the individual operates as a work team member, and will exercise it as such, either with real-world or computer-generated participants. To produce an Intelligence Professional that can better manage intelligence data, improve time management, make better decisions, and perform the tasks required of a specific duty position.
