Description
NSN 3130-01-383-7605; Purchase Request IQC09309009090; Bearing Unit, Ball. Configuration Control Item. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (CAGE 78286), Drawing: 70400-01612 Revision E, Part Number: 70400-01612-044. Approved Source: AF Machine & Tool Inc (CAGE 64406). Critical Safety Item. Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Test apply. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP LCM. Requested delivery is 137 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 504 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 126 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is December 18, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
