Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Time and Materials Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration. This effort is to support MH-60 R/S Mode Select (S) and Mode 5 capabilities correction of deficiencies. The support shall include the technical, management and process support necessary to integrate the fixes to correct Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) deficiencies. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
