Description: Request for Quotation for Commercial Items of Native Grass, Forb Seed, Sedge, and Wildflower Plugs Cover Page Provide seeds and plant plugs of native plant species as described in the attached solicitation. Native Seed and Forb seed for prairie restoration on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie (See attachments 1 and 3 for species and amounts and other specifications) Total amount of 571.25 lbs, delivered by 1/15/2010. Native grass, sedge, and wildflower plugs to enhance prairie restoration on Midewin (See attachments 2 and 4for species amounts and other specifications) in the total amount of 24,730 plugs to be delivered by 1/1/2010. Deliver is to be made to the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie in Wiill County, IL, in northeastern IL. Delivery address is 30239 South State Route 53, Wilmington, IL 60481.
