Description

RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST AN EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO INSTALL LIGHTING UPGRADES AT THE UNITED STATES COURT HOUSE, LOCATED AT 700 STEWART STREET, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS. This is not a request for quotations. The Project and Acquisition Solutions Branch, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain design-build construction services for subject Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be awarded to contract holder of subject IDIQ per terms and conditions of IDIQ contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 - Building Alterations, Nonresidential, Commercial & Institutional (General construction), FSC Code is Z111.
