- Draft Statement of Work - Dry Lease Hawker 800 The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System seeks to identify potential business sources for Aircraft, Insurance, Maintenance (AIM / “dry”) Aircraft Leasing of a Hawker 800 or Hawker 800XP (mid-size twin-engine corporate aircraft) for the month of January 2010. This is a market survey / sources sought for informational purposes only, and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal. Currently, there is no solicitation document available; no contract will be awarded based on this announcement; no reimbursement will be made for costs associated with responding to this announcement; and no telephone calls about this announcement will be accepted or acknowledged. All responses must be submitted via e-mail in accordance with these instructions. Request firms having the capability to provide the aircraft submit a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement. A draft statement of work is attached. Responses to the announcement must provide detailed, yet concise information about the company's qualifications and experience in providing relevant aircraft within the past three (3) years, including to the Federal Government, if applicable. Project information shall include: 1) the types of planes provided; 2) where the planes were maintained; 3) the extent of the maintenance. In addition, the response must denote the firm's business size status (i.e., large; small; 8(a); small disadvantaged; HUBZone; service disabled, veteran owned; etc.). The applicable NAICS Code is 532411. The small business size standard is $7.0 million average annual receipts. All responses must be submitted electronically to Arlene.carlson@usdoj.gov and must be received no later than December 14, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time (EST). Clearly mark any proprietary information included in your submission.
